Its category is traditional craft and its applicant unit is the Jingqiao Town People's Government. The name is written with the characters for fermented glutinous rice and for a flat cake; the notice does not describe the ferment used or the form of the cake. This item, Lishui Rice Cake Making and Lishui Traditional Brewing were all submitted by the Jingqiao Town People's Government and all appear in the notice as food-related names.
