Its category is traditional craft and its applicant unit is the Shiqiu Subdistrict Office. The first part of the title corresponds to Shangfang Village in Shiqiu Subdistrict; the second part uses the local word for sweet potato, which the notice writes in that form and not with the alternative words for the crop.
